All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date.
Payment on the Internet can be made by major credit card.
Guest must check-in with passport.
A check-in voucher will be sent via email and Please bring with when check-in.

A reservation must be cancelled before 2 days prior to arrival date. Penalty charge for late cancellation is the deposit money.
**Remark : In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded to the credit cardholder sans the bank's reimbursement processing fee. Our local bank's reimbursement process usually take 3-4 weeks.
