All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date.

Guest must check-in with passport.
A check-in voucher will be sent via email and Please bring with when check-in.

A reservation must be cancelled before 14 days after booking or within 48 hours before arrival date (hotel local time). Penalty charge for late cancellation is 1 night plus tax.
